I was born in Canada...
I grew up in America...
I lived in Switzerland from 2000 to 2010...
I moved back to the U.S. in 2010...
I'm of 100% Finnish ancestry...
...and, I'm big...I'm The Big Finn!
Check out the daily goings on of TBF and his wife - Mrs. TBF. We do a lot of traveling, hanging out with friends, and just plain...ENJOYING LIFE!
Was it sunny when you Sainte-Chapelle? We only went once and it was kind of cloudy, but friends have told me that if you go when all that stained glass is catching the sun, it's pretty spectacular.
Oh, and by the way, no offense, but do you know how much you guys suck for being able to take a quick leisurely train ride to Paris for the weekend? (Then again, I'm commenting from London, so I guess I can't get too jealous...)
TBF -- touche! It's about 3 1/2 hours to NYC by train, although now we drive because it's easier than hauling all our stuff on the train. Somehow it just sounds so much more glamorous to be able to take the train to Paris, but then again the grass is always greener...
Oh that looks beautiful. I should step out at a stop and take a pic in the Vancouver tunnel... It's so darn ugly, but at least the stinch isn't as bad.

Kirk - It wasn't sunny, but it was still pretty impressive. I'd say that it held my attention for a good fifteen minutes - which is pretty good.
How long does it take to get from D.C. to NYC by train? I guess you suck too.
