Finland 4 - Russia 0!
Finland kicked Russia's ass in Olympic hockey last night and will now play against the gay Swedes for the gold medal.
Are you happy? I think one of Canada's flaws was not sending their younger players. I guess they'll be analyzing this for a few more months I'm sure. But that is way cool for the Finns. At least you know they win nothing less than silver!
Not only do Finns discuss it...the Swedes know that Finns discuss it while Finns beat the crap out of each others' backs with birch twigs in saunas that FINNS invented even though Swedes claim they invented it. BTW...I never knew about Finns saying that all Swedes are gay until my father told me about it in in Helsinki in 2002.
One of my colleagues, who swears up and down he is from the south, turns out not only to be a closet northerner (from Minnesota) but also a "closet" SWEDE. I found this out when I informed him that even if Sweden won they were still gay. Oops.

I was pretty happy with the men's curling:
Gold - Canada
Silver - Finland
Bronze - U.S.A.
oh my gosh, i have a friend going to see the gold medal match, i am SO rooting for Finland, because I agree, Sweden is so gay.

That is pretty cool! Too bad the finns got silver for the hockey though!

Lest anyone think TBF and I are homophobic, quite the opposite. I just want that on the record.
