I just saw a little snippet on the Chicagoist blog about something that is now officially my new obsession. Ladies and gentlemen, meet my new obsession:country fried bacon!
Dip some bacon in batter and then deep-fry until golden brown. Mmmmmmmmmmmm, so good!
