You just have to love the French. Where else could you buy canned Saucisses aux Lentilles a la Graisse d'Oie (sausages with lentils in goose fat)? I paired up this "low fat" wonder with a Croque Monsieur (basically a Monte Cristo in America), and voila!!! Of course, I had to share some with Dominique.
