I just saw a little snippet on the Chicagoist blog about something that is now officially my new obsession. Ladies and gentlemen, meet my new obsession:
country fried bacon!
Dip some bacon in batter and then deep-fry until golden brown. Mmmmmmmmmmmm, so good!

Mmmm...that would go down really well at our house. And I'm not kidding. But I think after frying it should be wrapped in even more bacon and then broiled until crisp. If you're going to clog your arteries, do it right, right?
I agree with everything Christina said. Plus dip it in cheese. You Swiss do that, don't you?
